The purpose of this study were to analyze the effect of different exercise training on immune system. The subjects selected for this study were eighteen Male Sprague-Dawley rat. Rats of 6-week old were randomly divided into three group; control group(CG, n=6), swimming training group(S-TG), treadmill trained group(T-TG). The exercise regimen was designed in a treadmill 5days/week during 8-week(T-TG), and also swimming 5days/week(S-TG), and the volumn of exercise training was similar in two groups. The results showed that S-TG and T-TG were the significant increase Neutrophils compare with CG, however there was no significant difference among CG, S-TG and T-TG. In the change of CD4 & CD8 cell counts, there was significant difference among CG, S-TG, and T-TG both in the spleen and thymus.
