관광·환대산업에서 다중 낙인된 도덕적 저항가 = Multi-level Stigmas on Moral Rebels in Tourism and Hospitality

국문 초록 (Abstract)

혐오의 시대라고 불릴 정도로 편향된 극단화는 무리 행동의 힘과 익명성을 기저에 두고 정당하지 않은 과정을 합리화시키는데 종종 비윤리적으로 이용되어왔으며, 오히려 도덕적으로 정당하게 저항하려는 사람들을 헤치고 따돌리는 방식으로 건강한 공동체를 형성하지 못하게 방해해왔다. 이는 도덕적 저항가들이 다중적 낙오를 경험하는 결과로 이어지고 있다. 실로 이러한 문화와 사회규범은 관광·환대산업에서 더욱 심각하게 고려될 필요가 있다. 친절하고 따뜻하게 배려하고 수용하는 관광·환대산업의 서비스 문화·규범 속에 역으로 나쁜 관행에도 순응하도록 만드는 모순적 상황이 벌어지기 때문이다. 특히 위계 구조 및 인종·성별·종교·장애 등에 대한 편견과 차별이 다중으로 겹쳐지면 불합리함을 명시적으로 표현하기 더욱 어렵게 된다. 따라서 건전한 문화와 규범을 위해 투명하게 공론화하고 소통할 수 있는 문화와 사회규범을 형성하고 더 나아가 이러한 기반이 다양성 관점에서 극단적 혐오 행동을 예방할 수 있도록 담론 제기를 하려는 목적이다. 사람들이 왜 도덕적 저항가들을 적대시하는가를 심리적으로 분석하고 더 나아가 무리행동 기저에 있는 암묵태도들을 연구한 사회과학 및 관광·환대산업연구 패턴을 분석한 후 관광·환대산업에서 다중적 낙인을 받는 도덕적 저항가에 대한 논의 및 연구들 방향을 제안한다.
