정보시스템 전략계획에서 목표 정보시스템 모델의 효과적 설계 = (An) Effective Design for Target Information System Model in Information strategic Planning

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 정보시스템의 성공적인 구축을 위한 정보시스템 계획과정의 중요성을 강조하고, 또한 정보시스템 전략계획 방법론에 관하여 논하였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 이미 개발되어 외국과 일부 국내에서 활용 중인 몇 가지 방법론에 관한 이론적 내용을 먼저 비교 및 평가하였다.
그리고 본 연구에서 주로 활용한 업무 프로세스 재설계(Business Process Re-engineering) 방법론과 연계한 정보시스템 전략계획 수립 방법론에 대한 개요 및 특징을 정의하였고 추진단계, 절차, 활동 및 각 활동 들에서 산출되는 산출물에 대해 정의하였다. 또한 정보시스템 전략계획 수립을 통해 산출되는 목표 기업모델 및 목표 정보시스템에 대한 비 현실성 및 비 구체성을 제거해 줄 수 있는 업무 프로세스 재설계방법론과 연계한 정보시스템 전략계획 수립 방법론을 활용하여 목표(To-Be) 정보시스템 모델을 효과적으로 설계하는 과정 및 결과를 보여주고자 실제 국내 제조업체인 "H' 사의 정보시스템 전략계획 수립 프로젝트에 적용하여 적용방법 및 적용결과를 구체적으로 제시하였다.
또한 방법론 적용에 대한 효과 및 적용사례를 종합 평가 하여 보임으로써 업무 프로세스 재설계방법론과 연계한 정보시스템 전략계획 수립 방법론을 적용하여 목표 정보시스템 모델을 어떻게 효과적으로 설계할 수 있는 지를 구체적으로 제시하고자 하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This thesis emphasize importance of planning process of information system for successful implementation of information system and also discuss methodology of information strategic planning. Also this thesis first compare and evaluate the theoretical contents about methodology that had been developed and used in domestic and foreign country.
And also abstract and features of methodology for information strategic planning that is linked with methodology of business process re-engineering and used in this thesis are defined, processing phase, step, activity, detail definition for output that is produced in each activity are described. Method and result of applying the methodology that was actually applied with project for information strategic planning of 'H' manufacturing Company are presented to show process and result of the effective design for to-be information system model in which unrealistic and non tangible of to-be enterprise model and to-be information system that is produced in establishing information strategic planning in is excluded.
Also try to introduce concretely how effectively design the to-be information system model applying methodology for information strategic planning that is linked with methodology of business process re-engineering by showing overall evaluation of effectiveness and applying case by applying methodology.
