In this paper, We propose the raw data format of the e-Call In-Vehicle System Control Board for Next Generation e-Call such as MSD, extended data and still image data including vehicle data, sensor data and additional data concerning vehicle crash. We designed the MSD and the extended data format of the e-Call In-Vehicle System Control Board for Korean NG e-Call System with the standards, technical reports of current e-Call and NG e-Call system in EU, Russia and Republic of Korea. We developed the e-Call In-Vehicle System Control Board for the raw data format of MSD and extended data, and confirmed the experimental results for validate basic e-Call functions. This study show that the MSD and extended data for the e-Call In-Vehicle System Control Board can be use as the raw data for Korean NG e-Call system.
