      국문 초록 (Abstract)

      공중위생관리법, 화장품법 등의 미용에 관한 관련법, 문헌, 논문 그리고 인터 넷을 통하여 최근 우리나라 학교 급간 미용 관련 교육제도와 미용 산업의 여러 가지 제도에 관하여 고찰하였고, 미용 관련 서비스를 희망하는 일반 고객들과 미 용 전문가들의 미용에 대한 법적, 제도적 차원에서 미용에 대한 견해를 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
      고등학교 미용교육에 있어서 미용 전문 교과의 교과목 구성과 교과목 명칭의 통일성, 수능시험을 위한 직업 탐구 영역에서의 미용 관련 전문 교과목의 부재, 미용 교사의 충원 계획 등 여러 가지 문제점이 도출되었다. 그리고 우수 교사 양 성 및 자격에 대한 제도 개선, 교직이수 대상자의 필수 영역 교과목, 교육대학원 지원 자격 및 교사 자격증 부여, 실기 교사 자격증의 무시험검정 제도 등이 개선 되어야 함을 제언하였다. 또한 공중위생관리법 제6조에 근거한 무시험 미용사 면 허증 발급과, 미용관련 자격증의 세분화 및 등급화 그리고 민간자격증의 제도화 가 시급하다는 결론을 얻었다. 그리고 미용서비스를 받고 있는 일반 고객들은 미 용을 전문 기술이 요구되는 직업이라고 생각하였으며, 일반 고객들은 국민의 보 건과 건강 그리고 미적 관점에서 미용 교육의 중요성에 대하여 인지하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 미용전문인의 경우는 무시험 미용사 면허증 발급, 전문가로

      서의 미용사 자격증의 세분화, 등급화 그리고 국가고시 도입 등 여러 가지 미용 산업제도에 대한 모순점을 지적하였으며, 미용 전문 직업인을 보호하고 안정된 직업을 위한 미용 산업제도의 개선 등이 요구되었다. 이러한 연구를 기초로 미용 교육 및 미용 산업제도와 관련된 연구가 계속됨으로써 미용 산업의 발전과 더불 어 미용 산업분야의 국가 경쟁력을 가질 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 국민의 건강한 생 활과 아름다운 삷을 영위하는데 좋은 영향을 미칠 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

      공중위생관리법, 화장품법 등의 미용에 관한 관련법, 문헌, 논문 그리고 인터 넷을 통하여 최근 우리나라 학교 급간 미용 관련 교육제도와 미용 산업의 여러 가지 제도에 관하여 고찰하였고, 미용 관련 서비스를 희망하는 일반 고객들과 미 용 전문가들의 미용에 대한 법적, 제도적 차원에서 미용에 대한 견해를 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
