지속가능경영을 위한 TBL 모형에 관한 중소기업 컨설팅 사례 = A Consulting Case on TBL Model for CSM in SME

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Recently, CSM(Corporate Sustainability Management) emerged as one of the core issues of firms and the importance has been increasing. However, previous studies focused mainly on traditional TBL(Triple Bottom Line) perspective in LSE(Large Scale Enterprises). Given this, previous literature neglects the primary function of the company such as economic performance and the application for CSM of the SMEs(Small and Medium sized Enterprises).
Therefore, to overcome this limitation, this study suggests TBL model through CSM consultation in SME on a case study. A case study was conducted by management consulting project of the ISO certified SME.
As a result, we are able to show how TBL model is applicable in SME context particularly through the consulting project based perspective. the contribution of this study is that theoretical base of new TBL in SME is established. The theory examined via consulting case, is distinctive from traditional TBL in LSE.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근, 지속가능경영은 기업의 핵심 이슈의 하나로 등장하면서 그 중요성이 더욱 강조되고 있다. 그러나 선행연구들은 대기업에 적합한 경제적, 사회적, 환경적 측면의 성과를 동시에 강조하는 전통적인 TBL(Triple Bottom Line) 관점에 초점을 두고 있어, 경제적 성과와 같은 중소기업의 본원적 기능과 중소기업의 지속가능경영에 이를 적용하기에는 한계가 있다.
이러한 한계점을 극복하기 위해 본 연구는 사례연구를 통해 중소기업의 지속가능경영 컨설팅을 통해 TBL(Triple Bottom Line) 모형을 제시하고자 한다. 사례연구는 ISO 인증 중소제조업의 지속가능경영 컨설팅에 의해 수행되었다.
결론적으로, 본 연구는 중소기업의 맥락에서 TBL 모형을 어떻게 적용가능한지를 탐색하고 시도한 컨설팅 사례라는데 그 의의를 찾을 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 대기업에 적용가능한 전통적인 TBL 모형과는 다른 중소기업에 적용가능한 새로운 TBL 모형에 대한 컨설팅 사례에 의해 검증된 이론적인 기초를 제시하였다는 점에서 작은 공헌이라 할 수 있다.
