2. A correct diagnosis and proper treatment improve mastication, phonetic and esthetic complaints.
3. The postoperative analysis don t reveal changes of pulp and root involving teeth of osteomized segments.
4. Common sequelas such as swelling and ecchymosis disappeared in 3 to 10 days after surgery, and the paresthesia of upper lip was recovered in 3 to 6 months later.
After 6 months of treatment, postoperative radiographs and clinical examinations showed consolidation of osteomized segments without mobility. There has been no discernible change in the position of operation sites during 6 months of postoperative follow-up.
