합작기업 경영의 공정성과 파트너 몰입간의 관계 = The Relationship Between Justice and Partner Commitment in Joint Venture Management

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study selected justice and commitment between partners as the necessary factors to maintain the joint venture on a desirable and continuous basis, focusing on the process of maintaining and managing the joint venture. It was determined that the higher the level of justice between joint venture partners, the better the commitment between joint venture partners and the better the continuing relationship. In other words, we looked at commitment at the joint venture level and at more detail about the relationship with justice as a factor in promoting commitment. As a result, the relationship between distributive justice and commitment among joint partners was statistically significant in simple correlation, but not in the partial least square (PLS) model. On the other hand, the relationship between procedural justice and commitment, as well as interactional justice between joint partners was found to be statistically significant.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 합작투자기업의 유지, 관리하는 과정에 집중하여 합작투자 기업을 바람직하게 지속적으로 유지하기 위하여 필요한 요인으로 공정성(justice)과 파트너간에 몰입(commitment)을 선정하였다. 합작투자 파트너간 공정성 수준이 높을수록 합작투자 파트너간의 몰입이 향상되고 지속적인 관계 유지가 가능하다고 판단하였다. 즉 합작투자기업 차원에서의 몰입에 대하여 살펴보고, 몰입 촉진 요인으로서 공정성(justice)과의 인과관계에 대해 보다 상세한 내용을 살펴보았다. 그 결과 합작파트너들 간의 분배공정성(distributive justice)과 몰입의 관계는 단순 상관관계에서는 통계적으로 유의하였지만, PLS(partial least square) 모델에서는 유의하지 않았다. 반면 합작파트너들간의 경영의사결정 절차공정성(procedural justice)과 몰입, 상호작용공정성(interactional justice)과 몰입의 관계는 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 판명되었다.
