백석 기행시에 대한 창작교육적 접근 = 여행 체험의 형상화 방식을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 여행을 매개로 한 타자 체험이 어떻게 시로 형상화되었는지 백석의 기행시를 통해 분석함으로써 시 창작 교육에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 백석의 기행시편들 중 ?북관?, ?북신? 그리고 ?팔원?을 분석하여 두 유형의 타자 체험이 각각 어떻게 시에서 형상화되고 있는지 살펴보았다. ?북관?과 ?북신?에서는 대상에 각인된 역사성을 구체적인 감각으로 포착하여 타자로서의 역사적 주체를 환기하는 방식으로 형상화되었음을 밝혔다. ?여승?에서는 ‘타자의 얼굴’의 재현과 디에게시스(diegesis)를 통해 타자 체험을 형상화하고 있음을 밝혔다. 이러한 두 유형의 형상화 방식에 대한 이해는 실제 학생들이 여행 체험을 시로 창작할 때 의미 있는 안내 역할을 할 수 있으리라 기대한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study attempts to show shaping methods of travel experiences by analyzing Baek Seok"s travel poems. The analysis could show the way to express travel experiences in a verse. When writing a poem, students can be guided to follow the shaping methods of Baek Seok in their own poems.
Baek Seok left lots of travel poems, which represent nearly 30 percent of his works. This study analyzed three travel poems, "Buk-Kwan", "BukSin", and "PalWon", where the poet expressed experiences of The Other that changed his ontological structure. His works shaped two different types of The Other experience. One is historical The Other experience, and the other is experience of "the face of The Other".
Historical The Other experience is first shaped through the medium of object(especially food). Poetic speaker shows the object(food) using his senses such as taste, smell, touch and visual images. Then he recalls the historical subjects and commune with them.
Experience of "the face of The Other" is shaped first by representation of The Other, that is mostly the first image of The Other. The representation is followed by diegesis, that is narration for The Other"s trials and tribulations.
These two kinds of experience of The Other are also found in students" verses they wrote after their travel experiences. I suggest that Baek Seok"s travel poems and the way of shaping the travel experiences be utilized as a model to write a travel poem.
