      As digital broadcast becoming wildly available to public, number of IPTV users suddenly increased opening new era of domestic IPTV business. As users increased, IPTV network load started to overload. Thus, the delivery of on-demand content, will result in a increase in the Waiting time and load on the content server, with the increase of the user, the system become more complex. This essay will discuss how utilizing cloud network virtualization technology within existing IPTV network can reduce waiting time by virtualizing server and storage to share network resources and services. When transferring from IPTV network’s Contents server to user’s STB, through Greedy algorithm, use low load node to maintain minimum node using best possible road. This lead to entire Contents network load equalization.
