메타버스 플랫폼 이용자 리뷰 분석 : 텍스트 마이닝 기반의 빅데이터 방법론 중심으로 = Metaverse platform user review analysis: Focusing on the big data methodology based on text mining

국문 초록 (Abstract)

메타버스가 빠르게 성장하고 있으며 메타버스 생태계가 활성화되고 지속되기 위해서는 이용자의 경험 탐색이 중요하다. 특히 기업과 브랜드에서 새로운 마케팅의 도구로 메타버스를 적극 활용하고 있으며 향후 더 다양한 형태의 메타버스 플랫폼이 등장할 것은 분명하기에 현재 메타버스 플랫폼에 대한 이용자 경험 연구는 필수적이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내 메타버스 이용률을 기반으로 제페토, 로블록스, 동물의 숲 포켓 캠프, 이프랜드를 연구대상으로 선정하고 텍스트 마이닝을 진행하였다. 토픽 모델링의 결과로 제페토의 긍정 리뷰 대표 토픽은 사진 공유, 가상 화폐 및 경제활동, 선물 기능, 아바타 커스터마이징으로 명명하였고 부정 리뷰의 대표 토픽은 현금 결제 유도 및 과금, 계정 및 로그인 오류, 코인 획득 방법, 업데이트 및 접속 오류로 명명하였다. 로블록스의 토픽 모델링 결과 긍정 리뷰는 모바일 게임, 다양한 맵, 만족스러운 콘텐츠, 스킨 및 장식으로 토픽을 명명했으며 부정 리뷰의 경우 버그 및 서버 이슈, 계정 오류, 거래 사기, 멤버십 결제 문제로 명명한 토픽을 도출하였다. 동물의 숲 포켓 캠프의 긍정 리뷰 대표 토픽은 계정 연동 이벤트, 모바일 전환, 성장 플랫폼, 가구 제작 및 꾸미기로 명명하였고 부정 리뷰의 경우 계정 연동 오류, 접속 및 연결 오류, 정기 결제 컴플레인, 원작 대비 실망으로 명명하였다. 이프랜드의 대표 토픽은 문서 공유 기능, 그룹 모임, 자료 호환, 음성 채팅으로 명명하였고 부정 리뷰의 경우 제페토 짝퉁 인식, 접속 무한 대기, 버퍼링 오류, 아바타 및 소통 이슈로 토픽을 명명하였다. 토픽 모델링을 통해 각 메타버스 플랫폼의 특징과 기능이 긍정 리뷰에서 뚜렷하게 드러나고 있었고 유료 정기 결제, 서버 및 계정과 같은 기술적인 오류는 부정적 리뷰에서 공통적으로 지적되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Metaverse is growing swiftly, and the exploration of user’s experience is integral for the activation and retainment of Metaverse ecosystem. Specifically, companies and brands are actively utilizing Metaverse as a new marketing tool and it is clear that there will be the advent of more diverse types of Metaverse platform in the future and thus the research on user experience on the Metaverse platform is essential. Therefore, in this paper, Zepeto, Roblox, Animal Crossing Pocket Camp, and Ifland were selected as research subjects based on the domestic metaverse utilization rate and text mining was conducted. From the result of topic modeling, Zepeto’s positive review topics were named photo-sharing, virtual currency and economic activity, gift functions, and avatar customization, whereas negative review topics were named cash payment induction and billing, account and login errors, coin acquisition methods, updating and accessing errors. As a result of Roblox’s topic modeling, positive reviews were named on topics of mobile game, various maps, satisfying content, and skins and decorations, and for negative reviews, the topics named of bugs and server issues, account errors, transaction fraud, and membership payment were derived. The positive review representative topics of Animal Crossing Pocket Camp were named of account linking event, mobile conversion, growth platforms, furniture production and decoration, and negative reviews were named on account linking errors, access and connection errors, recurring payment complaints, and disappointment compared to the original work. Ifland’s representative topics were named document sharing functions, group meetings, data compatibility, and voice chat, and for negative reviews, the topics were named of fake Geppetto recognition, infinite waiting for access, Buffering errors, issues of avatar and communication. Through topic modeling, the features and functions of each metaverse platforms were evident in positive reviews, and technical errors such as charged recurring payment and server and accounts were commonly criticized in negative reviews.
