교양교육과정에서 학생들의 성장 추구 풍토 조성을 위한 방안 탐색 연구 - 학생 성공과 성장 마인드셋을 중심으로 - = A Study to Explore Ways to Create an Environment for Students to Pursue Growth in the Liberal Arts Curriculum - Focusing on Student Success and Growth Mindset -

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 교양교육과정에서 학생들의 성장 추구 풍토 조성을 위한 방안을 탐색하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 학생 성공과 성장 마인드셋의 맥락에서 2024년 1월 중에 ‘교양교육과정’, ‘학생 성공’, ‘성장 마인드셋’에 관한 선행 연구를 종합적으로 조사하고 관련 내용을 중심으로 정리, 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 관련 개념 모형 및 인식 조사(안)이 구성되었다. 연구 결과, 개념 모형에 기반하여 크게 교양교육 전반에 대한 인식과 이해 정도, 교양교육에 대한 태도가 제시되었다. 본 연구를 토대로 전공교육과는 또 다른 측면에서 교양교육과정에서 추구해야 할 교육의 방향성, 내용과 방법 등을 고려해볼 수있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to explore ways to create an environment for students to pursue growth in the liberal arts curriculum. To this end, in the context of student success and growth mindset, prior research on 'liberal arts curriculum', 'student success', and 'growth mindset' was comprehensively investigated in January 2024, and organized and analyzed with a focus on related content. A related conceptual model and perception survey (draft) were constructed. As a result of the study, based on the conceptual model, the survey (draft) was largely presented as the level of awareness and understanding of liberal arts education, and attitudes toward liberal arts education were presented. Based on this study, it will be possible to consider the direction, content, and methods of education that should be pursued in a liberal arts curriculum from a different perspective than major education.
