The object of this study is to inquiry on application potentiality of multisemester in junior college. Multisemester has recently become a topic of great interest. The main reason for calling attention is due to present junior college existence. Every college is trying to raise competitiveness to survive in endless competing circumstance.
Multisemester has many strength and weakness. Multisemester is classified trimester and quarter. The strength of trimester and quarter is to undergo intensive education. But the weakness of multisemester is to burden the college with educational finance, educational matters and educational administration.
To inquiry on application potentiality, fieldwork was conducted by using interviews and parti챠pant observation. The results of this study are as follows :
1. The main problems revealed in the process of this study is that application of multisemester is too early to applicate in junior college. The improvement strategies for the application of multisemester are providing more opportunities of understanding multisemester.
2. In order to applicate multisemester, analysis of the situation of junior college should be integrated at the same time.
3. To raise the educational effect of the multimester, there is a great need of a reform measure of educational finance, educational matters and educational administration.
4. In this context, present semester should be redesigned to allow the reform of junior college by improving the seasonal semester.
