수업변인과 학습몰임과의 관계 연구 = A Study on Relationships between Instructional Variables and Learning-flow

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze instructional variables that influence on learning-flow and to propose learning-flow strategies. Re- searcher analyzed characteristics and conditions of flow, and analyzed instructional variables that influence on learning-flow. Instructional vari- ables are learner variables, learning task variables, and teacher variables. Learner variables contain learner's motivations, cognitive strategies, performance abilities and personalities. Learning task variables contain task difficult levels, problem patterns, kinds of subject matters, and e-learning environments. Teacher variables contain instructional systems, teaching and learning activities, and teaching-flows. Researcher proposed the leaning-flow strategies based on the results of instructional variables' analysis. For example, intrinsic motivation strategies, meta cognition strategies, proper task difficult levels, relevant and authentic tasks, active thinking activities, physical activities, self-directed activities, and teaching-flow environments were proposed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 학습몰입에 영향을 미치는 수업변인들을 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 학습몰입전략을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 몰입의 특성과 조건을 살펴 본 후, 학습몰입에 영향을 미치는 수업변인들을 분석하였다. 수업변인들은 크게 학습자변인, 학습과제변인, 그리고 교사변인으로 구분하였다. 학습자 변인은 학습자 동기, 인지전략 및 수행능력, 성격특성을, 학습과제변인은 과제난이도, 문제유형, 교과유형, 이러닝 환경을, 교사변인은 수업체제, 교수-학습활동, 그리고 교수몰입을 포함한다. 관련 변인들의 선행연구에 대한 분석결과를 바탕으로 변인별 학습몰입전략을 제시하였다. 요컨대, 내재적 학습동기전략, 상위인지전략 교수, 적절한 난이도의 과제, 관련성과 실제성이 있는 과제, 적극적 사고활동, 신체활동, 자기주도활동, 교수몰입을 높일 수 있는 직무환경 개선 등을 제안하였다.
