비선호시설 정책수용정에 관한 연구: 대구교도소 이전을 중심으 = The Study on the Policy Acceptance of Non-Preferred Facilities Focusing on the Transfer of Daegu Prison

In the policy of relocating un-favored facilities, it is necessary to make an access considering the features of un-favored facilities for a successful propulsion. For that, the policy reception by residents in relevant relocation region is at core. In such perspectives, the purpose of this study was to investigate what kind of efforts should the government make to improve such policy reception, and what kind of policy receptions are there that the located region residents value much of in accordance with relocation of un-favored facilities. Next step was to survey the residents of Habin-myeon Dalseong-gun Daegu Metropolitan City that is the region Daegu Prison will be relocated to. Survey was to investigate the degree of residents` recognition of fairness, ability to perform, transparency, publicity, credibility, communication, agreement of compensation, general recognition of un-favored facilities and the experience of being regulated that could be the factor that has an effect on the reception of policy. Finally, based on this result of recognition, the implication of policy reception about selection of the location of un-favored facilities was treated.
