SNS 정보특성이 의료소비자의 병원정보검색 활용 및 지속적 사용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Influence of Characteristics of Information from a SNS on the Utilization of Information of Hospitals and the Continuous Use Intention of Medical Consumers

With the rapid development of economical, internet and communication technology, cell phones spread fast. The
market for mobile application and social networking site is already big and it's just going to keep getting bigger. SNS
(social networking site or a social networking service) is a platform to build social networks or social relations among
people who share similar interests, activities, backgrounds or real-life connections. A social network service consists
of a representation of each user (often a profile), his or her social links, and a variety of additional services such
as career services. Social network sites are web-based services that allow individuals to create a public profile, create
a list of users with whom to share connections, and view and cross the connections within the system. This study
aims to examine the effects of influence of features, such as convenience, instantaneity, pleasure, reliability and
interactivity on the user satisfaction and continuous use intention.
To achieve these research purpose, I have searched theoretical background of this study through related papers, set
up the theoretical research model through logical inference relation mutually among components, after analyzing
research model set up using AMOS 21.0 and SPSS 21.0 present the limitation and implication through the result of
analysis on the factors affecting on the purpose of users in among SNS information characteristics have effect on
the utilization of SNS.
The impact factors were analyzed using the correlation analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis.
The pleasure and interaction was exposed to have not an effect on the hospital information search utilization among
5 characteristics of SNS. And the convenience, immediacy, and reliability were exposed to have an effect on the
hospital information search application.
Moreover the hospital information search application formed by the characteristics of SNS was exposed to have
an effect on the continued use intention.
