This study deals with the business reengineering and change management for ERP system based on the korean manufacturing company"s case. In this study, at first we demonstrate the phases of ERP system development along with BPR procedures. In BPR, we show the As-Is analysis and finalize the To-Be process for the improvement through the Gap investigation. This study also provides series of change management activities following after ERP introduction for the successful improvement of system performance. These activities includes the structural adjustment in organization and job assignments, an introduction of cell design production layout, and the change in manufacturing procedure for service parts production. As a result, It shows the importance of change management for the successful ERP system and its relevant effectiveness.
