청소년 성보호의 개념 정립과 정책 방안에 관한 연구 = A study on the concept of juvenile sex protectionand policies

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the study was to investigate priorities among juvenile sex protection related laws and policies, and to suggest their plans in detail. The subjects were 202 experts in the field of youth sex protection related institutions, which were prostitution counseling institutions, prostitution protection institutions, sex violence counseling institutions, and sex violence protection institutions. The results of the present study were as follows. First, in the case of policies for the offenders of a target of youths(under 13 years old), imposing obligation about psychological treatment is the highest requirement and so on while in the area of policies for youth victims, the preparation of the system operating sex protection facilities and organizations is highly requested. On the other hand, in the field of prevention education for sex offence victim, sex education for youth's self-decision making ability development is the highest need, whereas in the area of modification of sex violence related laws, avoiding accusation period of sex violence in order to charge sex violators with responsibility is importantly considered. And other significant policies were discussed.
