기초생활권 노인보건복지 연계지원센터의 운영에 관한 연구 = An Initiative for a Health and Welfare Linkage Center in Municipal Level

This paper aims at developing an initiative for a health and welfare linkage center which is operated in the local area. The center is purposive to link both welfare and health delivery systems for senior citizens in municipal levels and coordinate service deliverly activities among the local service organizations. The author describes the established models linking health and welfare and discusses the positive and negative potentials of them. The paper proposes the modified model of linking both systems, avoiding the controversy of merging health and welfare delivery systems. The social welfare policy implications and limitations of this work are discussed at the end of the thesis.
