수준별 유치원 교육과정의 교육내용 적용모형에 관한 연구 = Application on the Levels of Contents of Kindergarten Curriculum

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유치원 교육과정의 수준별 교육내용 적용에 대한 적용모형을 6단계로 구분하여 조사하였다. 연구대상은 서울·경기·부산·대전·광주·제주 지역에 재직 중인 유치원 교원 중에서 497명을 선정하여 경력, 학력, 직위, 담임별 변인에 따라 적용실태를 조사하였다. 연구결과는 여섯 가지로 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 교원의 경력과 학력이 높을수록, 취학반 담임일수록 진단적 정보를 잘 파악하였다. 둘째, 교원의 학력과 직위가 높을수록 진단적 정보를 활동계획에 반영하는 정도가 낮았다. 셋째, 교원의 수준별 교육내용 적용 수준은 보통이었다. 넷째, 교원의 과정적 정보파악은 보통수준이었다. 다섯째, 교원의 탄력적인 적용은 보통수준이었다. 여섯째, 교원의 경력과 학력이 높을수록, 취학반 담임일수록 다음 활동계획안을 수립할 때 적용 결과를 반영하는 정도가 높았다.

The purpose of this research was to investigate apply actual condition about a level education content. We selected a kindergarten teacher of 497 persons for an actual condition investigation. The results of research are as follows: The first, the career and academic background of the teacher was grasping a diagnosis information well as high. The second, the degree of a plan reflection about a diagnosis information is low as the academic background high. The third, actual apply of a level education content was the ordinary level. The fourth, the grasp about a course information was the ordinary level. The fifth, apply on a course information to be the elasticity was the ordinary. The sixth, the reflection on a next plan was well as the career and academic background high.
