헬스케어 산업의 물류 자동화 적용에 관한 연구 : 탐색적 질적 연구 : 헬스케어 기업 인터뷰 = A Study on Application of Logistics Automation in Healthcare Industry

국문 초록 (Abstract)

헬스케어 산업은 물류 및 공급망 관리에서 효율성과 정확성을 향상시키기 위한 혁신적인 솔루션을 필요로 하는 상황에 직면해 있다. 도전 과제로는 헬스케어 제품의 복잡한 유통 구조, 노동 집약적인 물류 운영, 낮은 물류 자동화 도입 율 등이 있다.
본 연구의 목적은 탐색적 질적 연구 방법론을 통해 헬스케어 부문에서 물류 자동화의 적용을 탐구하는 것이다. 이를 위해 총 13개의 다양한 헬스케어 기업(제조업체/수입업체 3곳, 도매업체 2곳, 병원 3곳, 의원 2곳, 약국 2곳)의 주요 이해 관계자들과 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 이러한 인터뷰는 현재의 물류 프로세스, 물류 자동화의 정도, 물류 자동화에 대한 인식을 이해하여 물류 자동화 적용 방향성을 파악하는 데 목적이 있다.
본 연구의 결과는 헬스케어 기업의 이해 관계자들에게 회사 규모에 따른 주문량과 재고 수준을 고려한 물류 자동화 도입 기준을 제공할 것이다.

A Study on Application of Logistics Automation in Healthcare Industry Exploratory Qualitative Research : Healthcare Company Interviews Hanna Kwak Department of Global Logistics The Graduate School of Global Human Resource Development Chung-Ang University The healthcare industry faces a situation that necessitates innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in logistics and supply chain management. Challenges include the complex distribution structure of healthcare products, labor- intensive logistics operations, and the low adoption rate of logistics automation. The purpose of this study is to explore the application of logistics automa- tion in the healthcare sector through an exploratory qualitative research metho- dology. In-depth interviews conducted with key stakeholders from a total of 13 different healthcare companies, including 3 manufacturers/importers, 2 whole- salers, 3 hospitals, 2 clinics, and 2 pharmacies. These interviews aim to gain insights into the current logistics processes, the extent of logistics automation, and perceptions of logistics automation to understand the direction of logistics automation application. The findings of this study provide stakeholders in healthcare companies with criteria for the introduction of logistics automation, taking into account order volumes and inventory levels according to the size of the company.
