문화관광해설사 자격제도 운영방안에 관한 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The objective of this study is to offer ideas and suggestions to better supervise the qualification system through a thorough review of current systems adopted by most of local governments. Findings from the comparison of the Delphi panel and culture tour guide group in their opinions are as follow; First, both groups agreed on the importance of the culture tour guide qualification system and the appropriateness of the qualification. Second, both groups agreed that the ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, as well as local governments should be assigned as the governing body for the qualification system. Third, in terms of registering and issuing the qualification, 33.3% of the Delphi panel responded that the 16 local Tourism Associations need to handle the duties. Fourth, in terms of test types for the qualification, a majority of the Delphi panel group, as well as the culture tour guide group, urged that both oral and written tests be given to applicants. Ideas and suggestions from this study’s findings could be utilized for the improvement of the qualification system and for further study in this regards.
