교수자 중심의 수업분석 상담사례 연구 -대화분석적 수업분석 상담기법을 중심으로- = Professor-based Lecture Analyse

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 1. 한국의 교수자와 교육전문연구원의 수업분석에 관한 단계 구성과 실현양상, 2. 교수자 중심의 상담대화, 3. 실증적인 전략행위 구축, 4. 실제 대화의 단계별 행위 분석 및 수행의사소통 구조 분석을 통해 교수자와 수업분석 상담자의 상호 커뮤니케이션의 질적·양적 연구결과를 도출한다. 결과적으로 교수자의 교수법 진단 및 분석이 교수자 중심으로 이루어져 원만한 교수서비스의 질 향상을 도모한다. 또한 전체 대화의 단계별 분석, 각 단계에서 수행해야 할 의사소통 구조, 체크리스트에 따른 전체 대화 평가를 하여 수업분석 상담대화의 가이드라인을 구축하는 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper gives an overview over selected topics of linguistic and conversation analytic research on interaction between professors and education researcher in Korean speaking countries. The first section concerns professor-based counseling: the impact of institutional preconditions on talk, the professional character of professor-education researcher-interaction, various forms of interactional asymmetry, the goal-oriented nature of educational interaction and the relevance of trust for interacting effectively. The second section discusses guideline of education researcher-professor interation, focusing on professor-based talk, interaction in educational rounds and the understanding of structual counseling organization. The third section deals with language and communication guideline with analyse of specific professor-education researcher`s interation conversation.
