소매업종 분포패턴 및 업종간 입지관계에 관한 비교연구 = 강북구와 강남구를 대상으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

For locating a shop, it is very important to know which shops are good to be with. It is supposed that correlations between retail shops are related to their types, that is, 'Searching goods-shop' and 'Convenience goods-shop'. This paper used all location data of retail shops in Kangbuk-gu and Kangnarn-gu in 2000. By researching accumulation-index with Hotelling's locating theory, this paper classified 48 types of retail shops into 'Searching goods-shop' and 'Convenience goods-shop'. Then this paper made correlation-index between each types of shops, which represents their mutual spatial nearness. Using correlation-index, this paper made a comparative study of Kangbuk-gu and Kangnarn-gu, which are very different each other in socioeconomically, and conformed what shops tend to be gathered. Based on customer's shopping strategy, minimizing shopping cost, this paper concluded that convenience goods-shops tend to be gathered around some specified shops, which have strong relationship with principal customers of that trade area. And this paper expects studying every other districts, 'Gu' in Korean, in Seoul afterward, then getting more elaborate results.
