한국어[보다]와 일본어[見る]가 포함된 慣用句 의미형성의 양상 고찰

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper is an article to understand what kind of aspect the semantic formation process of Korean and Japanese idioms represent. In this study, we have studied the idioms involving Korean "보다" and Japanese "見る" out of idioms related to vision, and what mechanism is involved in each meaning formation It was made clear. Prior to deciding on research subjects, we newly defined the concept of idiomatic phrases and focused on how cognitive processes by metaphors are involved in the cognitive process based on the position of cognitive linguistics as research methods Was carried out. In other words, we clarified how metaphor, metonymy, and conceptual metaphor, which are the metaphors` mechanisms, are related to semantic formation of idioms including "보다” and “見る” respectively.
As a result, it turned out that the Korean "보다" was used more than twice the Japanese "見る". This result is different from the case of an idiomatic phrase containing noun "눈" and "目". That is, in the case of noun "눈" and "目", it was found that the Japanese "目" were used more frequently than the "보다" in Korean. It seems that further diversity of research is necessary for whether this is a universal phenomenon or the result of only this research.
In addition, the idiomatic phrase that includes Korean “보다” is the metaphorical meaning formation among the mechanisms of metaphors, the metonymy is the most common, the next is the metaphor, the next is the conceptual metaphor. So, in the case of Japanese "見る", metonymy and metaphor showed the most, but since there is almost no difference from the next conceptual metaphor, it is not the difference that it can be said that which is more frequently used, It seems that all the mechanisms are used as much.
It seems that the characteristics of semantic formation of Korean and Japanese idioms are clarified a little in this research. We will also conduct research on idioms related to other sensory organs in the future and hope to obtain more objective conclusions.
