Utilizing the projected Liouville equation method with an ensemble
average projection scheme (EAPS), we calculate the scattering factor
function of the electron-spin-resonance (ESR) in a fine metallic
surface. We obtain a more precise scattering factor function than
Kawabata$^\prime$s result, and the approximation $L \rightarrow L_d$
that Kawabata made is not needed here. Therefore, the EAPS method is
considered to be more useful for explaining the scattering mechanism
as in the case of other optical transition problems.
