대학생의 긍정심리자본 잠재집단의 유형 분석 및 변인탐색 - J대학을 중심으로 - = Analysis of the types of Latent Class of positive psychological capital and exploration of variables - focusing on J University

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study categorizes the positive psychological capital (hope, self-efficacy, resilience, optimism) types of university students and attempted to explore backgrounds related to such latent classes. For this, the positive psychological capital, career barriers, career maturity, and background variables (educational background, gender) of 244 university students were measured and data was analyzed using latent class analysis (LCA), one way ANOVA, and polytomous logistic regression methods. The main results are as follows. First, there were three positive psychology capital group types, categorized into a group with average positive psychological capital (43.8%), one with excellence positive psychological capital (48.4%), and one with best positive psychological capital (7.8%). Second, career barriers and career maturity displayed significant differences among the three types, showing them to be mutually distinct groups. Third, backgrounds that affect the categorization of the three types appeared as gender variables of the university students. The meanings, implications, and limitations of this study along with proposals were stated in order through the discussion.
