As one of the fastest growing non-lingua Franca majors in China, Korean majors are facing difficulties in finding jobs for their graduates in recent years. Through the analysis of the types of regional mobility of Korean language graduates, this study shows that there is a certain tendency of regional mobility of Korean language learners In particular, employment mobility is also affected by the distribution of schools, the volume of trade between China and Korea, and the per capita disposable income, the most important of which is the distribution of schools. But since the distribution of schools does not correlate significantly with the volume of trade between China and Korea and the disposable income per capita, that is, Korean language graduates fail to effectively follow the flow of human capital, therefore, it is easy to form the situation that no job and don't job are coexist.
