      This paper is a field application to design and develop a web-service based e-SCM system for operating a procurement supply chain of a commercial vehicle company. Two 1st tier and two 2nd tier companies of the commercial vehicle company are included in the objects of the developed e-SCM system. We analyzed the information flow and business process between the paternal manufacturer and the 1st tier company, and between the 1st tier company and the 2nd tier company.
      In this paper, we designed and developed the web-service module with a VMI system and Mobile environments. The VMI system is adopted to control the inventory of materials in the 1st vendors. Mobile environments(PDA etc) are used in recording produced part or checking the inventory level on shop-floor. The system is implemented in Dot-Net frame work environments.
