Isao Takahata is a notable Japanese animation director and founder of Ghibli Animation Studio. His works have a distinctive oriental aesthetic, and The Tale of Princess Kaguya is considered one of his most famous works. The purpose of this research is to provide a deeper insight into Isao Takahata's unique animation style and the cultural background behind it.
The main objective of this research is to analyze the animation expression techniques in depth, focusing on Isao Takahata's The Tale of Princess Kaguya, and to draw future implications for the development of the animated film industry. The results of the study show that director Isao Tagahata's work reflects his deep cultural background along with his unique personal aesthetic. In particular, it was found that his animations emphasize ethnic identity along with personal style identity. These findings provide animation directors and producers with deeper insights into the importance of a director's personal style and ethnic culture, and can serve as important indicators for the future development of the animation industry.

다카하타 이사오는 일본의 애니메이션 감독 중에서 특히 주목받는 인물로, 지브리 애니메이션 스튜디오의 설립자이다. 그의 작품은 독특한 동양 미학을 품고 있으며, 특히 <가구야 공주 이야기>는 그의 대표작 중 하나로 꼽힌다. 이 연구의 배경은 다카하타 이사오감독의 독특한 애니메이션 표현기법과 그 뒤에 숨겨진 문화적 배경에 관한 깊은 통찰을 제공하기 위함이다.
본 연구의 주요 목적은 다가하타 이사오 감독의 <가구야 공주 이야기>를 중심으로 애니메이션 표현 기법을 깊이 있게 분석하고, 이를 통해 애니메이션 영화산업의 발전 방향과 미래 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 연구 결과, 다가하타 이사오 감독의 작품은 그의 독특한 개인 미학과 함께 깊은 문화적 배경을 반영하고 있다. 특히 그의 애니메이션은 개인 스타일의 정체성과 함께 민족의 정체성을 강조한다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 이러한 발견은 애니메이션 연출자와 제작 자들에게 감독의 개인 스타일과 민족 문화의 중요성에 대한 깊은 인사이트를 제공하며, 애니메이션 산업의 미래 발전 방향에 대한 중요한 지표로 활용될수 있다.
