PHV 연령에 따른 여고생의 신장 발육 형태에 관한 고찰 = A Study on Growth Patterns of Height by PHV age in High School Girls

국문 초록 (Abstract)

PHV연령별 신장의 발육현상과 발육속도 및 사춘기 발육 급증기의 PHV를 조사 분석하기 위하여 진주 시태 240명의 여고생을 대상으로 개인의 건강 기록부를 통하여 6세에서 17세까지 종단적으로 추적하여 조사를 한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 신장의 발육현상은 6세에서 13새까지 PHV연령 집단간에 유의한 차가 있는 것으로 나타났으며(P$lt;0.05), PHV연령이 빠른 9세집단의 신장은 조숙화하는 경향을 나타냈다. 2. 17세에서 PHV연령 9세집단의 신장은 159.87㎝, PHV연령 12세집단의 신장은 160.9㎝로 나타나, 조숙형 집단의 신장발육이 적은 경향이 있는 것으로 추정 되지만 유의한 차는 나타나지 않았다(P$gt;0.05). 3. PHV연령 집단별 신장의 발육속도에서 16세에서의 연간 발육량은 1㎝미만으로 신장 발육이 거의 정지상태를 나타냈다. 한편 PHV연령 9세 집단은 조숙형, 10세집단은 보통형, 11세집단과 12세집단은 만숙형의 형태로 나타났으며, 발육속도곡선은 1상성의 형태로 나타났다. 4. PHV연령과 사춘기 급증기 5년간의 발육량과의 관계에서 PHV이전에는 PHV연령 집단간에 유의한 차가 나타나지 않았으나(P$gt;0.05), PHV, PHV 1년 후와 2년 후에서는 PHV연령 집단간에 유의한 차가 나타나(P$lt;0.05), PHV연령이 빠를수록 PHV에서의 사춘기 발육 급증기 신장발육의 양이 큰 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this study, the patterns of height growth were analyzed in terms of growth distance, growth velocity and adolescent growth spurt by PHV age. Subjects were the 17-years old high school girls(N=240) in Jinju City who were born 1976, and divided into four groups according to their peak height velocity ages(PHV age), and PHV age were determined by the showing the maximum growth amount. A longitudinal data of height were obtained retrospectively from their health examination records. The results were as follows: 1. It was found that the growth distance of height from 6 to 13 years old girls who had an earlier PHV age was superior to later PHV age, and PHV age 9 showed early maturity type. 2. At the 17-years old, PHV age 9 is likely to smaller than PHV age 12 of height but significant difference did not appeared(p$gt;0.05). 3. The mean values for height did not showed an increasing tendency after 16-years old, and the patterns of growth velocity curve showed a one-phase pattern. 4. It was found that the earlier occurrence of PHV age is associated with a larger magnitude of the peak height gain and the amount of adolescent growth spurt.
