산업 분야의 지식 확산 현상 및 한국의 정책 방향 = Knowledge Expansion in Industry and Its Korean Policy

국문 초록 (Abstract)

산업 현장의 응용지식이나 인간의 사회활동에 필요한 실무지식이 바로 이익에 연결되는 것도 사실이다. 그러나 오히려 지식 정보 시대가 두각을 나타내면서 교육 현장에서 쌓여가는 지식의 측면과 성숙한 인간으로서 요구되는 기본 지식이 더욱 중요하게 대두되고 있다. 과거의 유형 자본에 체화된 지식에서, 인력에 체화된 지식의 개념으로 변화하고 있다. 인간의 창의적인 두뇌를 중시하는 생산체제로 개편되고 있는 것이다. 창의적이고 도전적인 지식이 그 어느 때보다 더욱 중요시되는 시대가 도래되었다. 지식이 경제에서 중요한 역할을 하게 된 것과 더불어 총합적 지식, 단계적 지식 양자 모두의 중요성에 대한 논의가 필요한 시대가 왔고, 이에 대한 우리나라의 정책 방향을 제시한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

It is true that the applied knowledge of industrial field or human society is connected to profit making. But that of education field and the basic knowledge needed to be a mature human being in knowledge-information era are reported to be really important. The knowledge concept is changing from capital-embodied to human-embodied. The production system is focusing on creative human brain. The modem society needs more creative and aggressive knowledge than any other past time. The time has come to discuss about the fact that the knowledge is playing an important role in economy, and that the comprehensive and stepwise knowledge are important together This thesis gives the analysis on the knowledge in information era and its related policy of Korea.
