Questionnaire items are composed with general factors of customers and general information which comes from customers who use hair removal shop. First, in general factors of customers, there are questionnaire items such as age, marital status, educational level, occupation, monthly income. Second, in general information which comes from customers who uses hair removal shop, there are questionnaire items such as number of use, type of market management, payment for 1 time use, place of treatment, purpose of treatment, preference benefit, customer satisfaction index, re-visit intention, expression of dissatisfaction tendency of the hair removal shop.

From this data, we can see that facilities and Technical power are considered to be a strong point of customer satisfaction.
