요한복음 프롤로그의 복합 역행 병행법(Complex Inverted Parallelism) 속에 나타난 "로고스"의 정체성 = The Identity of the Logos in the Complex Inverted Parallelism

국문 초록 (Abstract)

요한복음의 프롤로그에 나타난 근본적인 두 주제는 ‘믿음’과 ‘로고스’이다. 이 두 주제는 요한복음의 저작 목적인 20장 31절과도 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있다. 예수가 하나님의 아들이시며, 그리스도이신 것을 믿도록 하는 것이다. 이 둘의 관계는 프롤로그 안에서 복합 병행법(complex parallelism)－복합 역교차 구조(complex chiastic structure)와 복합 역행 병행법(complex inverted parallelism)－으로 나타난다. 필자는 이전 연구를 통해, 프롤로그의 중심축으로서 ‘믿음’의 기능에 대해 설명한 바 있다. 즉, 프롤로그의 복합 역교차 구조 안에서 ‘믿음’의 주제는 중심축의 기능을 하며, ‘로고스’의 주제가 틀(frame)의 역할을 하고 있음을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구의 후속 연구로써, 프롤로그의 또 하나의 중요한 주제인 ‘로고스’에 대한 연구이다. 이전 학자들은 ‘로고스’의 주제에 대해 신학적 접근을 해 왔다. 특히, 그들은‘로고스 기독론’, ‘로고스의 기원’ 또는 ‘로고스’ 사상에 대한 헬레니즘의 영향 등에 많은 관심을 보였다. 본 연구는 이전 학자들과 같이 신학적 또는 철학적 접근을 통해 ‘로고스’의 주제를 연구하는 것이 아니라, 프롤로그의 본문 연구를 통해 드러난 ‘로고스’의 정체성에 대한 연구이다. 이 연구를 위해복합 역행 병행법 분석이 연구 방법으로 적용되며, 그 분석 위에 프롤로그에 나타난 ‘로고스’의 정체성과 그 신학적 의미를 밝힌다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The themes of ‘Belief’ and ‘Logos’ are the fundamental theme in the Prologue of the Gosepl of John. These two themes are closely related to each other in John 20:31 which is regraded as the purpose of the writing of the Gospel of John. It is to believe that Jesus is the Christ and the Son of God. The relationship of those two themes is described whitin complex parallelism: complex chiastic structue and complex inverted parallelism. In the former studies, I already pointed out the function of the theme of ‘Belief’ as the pivotal centre of the Prologue. In other words, the thems of ‘Belief’ functions as the pivotal centre of the complex chiastic structure and the theme of the ‘Logos’ functions as the frame section. The study, continues to the former study, is the study of the theme of the ‘Logos’ which is another important theme in the Prologue. Most scholars have studied the theme of the ‘Logos’ in the view of theology. In particular, they have been interested in ‘Logos Christology,’ ‘the origin of the Logos,’ ‘the influence of Hellenism in the concept of the Logos,’ and so on. The main concern of this study does not reveal the meaning of the ‘Logos’ in the theological or philosophical approach, but is the study of the identity of the ‘Logos’ on the based of the reading the text of the Prologue. For this study, the analysis of complex inverted parallelism is used the read the text of the Prologue, and then the identity of the ‘Logos’ and its theological meaning is clarified on the analysis of complex inverted pararllelism.
