A Design Proposal Based on a Study of the Condition of Permutability in Urban Housing-type : 라이프 스타일의 변화요인을 중심으로 = 도심형 미래아파트에 있어서의 공간구성의 '순열'에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

오늘날 건축이 더더욱 건조해지고 있는 것은 다원화되고 개별화된 프로그램과 대지의 해석, 그리고 건축적 의미들에 대한 협소하고도 단편적인 해석들이 그중 큰 몫을 차지하고 있는데, 그런 상황들은 결과론적으로 시각적인 세련됨과 추상적인 지적 싸움에 의존하여서 프로그램과 대지의 실체를 표피적이고 난해하게 하고 있다.
주택건축 또한 그러한 영향하에 놓여 있으며 설상가상으로 대도시의 인구집중에 따르는 주택부족 현상은 가속화되어 우리의 주거지들은 도시교외로 확산, 온전치 못한 신체를 가진 몸집만 거대한 불균형적 도시를 형성하였고, 또한 도시의 거주기능은 경제적 측면의 우선적 배려에 의해 상업기능이 주거지 내로 침투되어 점점 확대되어 가고 있으며 정신적, 심리적 환경 즉, 쾌적성을 무시한 최대밀도 = 경제성이라는 등식을 야기시켰다.
이에 현재의 도시는 야간인구의 공동화 현상, 공공공익시설의 유휴화, 도시의 활성화를 방해하는 안전상의 방재, 방범상의 문제들이 생겨나게 되었고, 도시내의 주거환경의 질적 문제가 야기되어 지역사회 보존과 존립에까지 중대한 영향을 끼치고 있다.
앞으로 보다 근본적인 차원에서 주거공간에 대한 사고의 전환과 바람직한 주거환경계획을 위한 프로세서가 제시되어야만 하고 이젠 개별적인 주거내부의 문제에서부터 다시 풀어나가야 하며 생존을 위한 공간에서 생활이 가능한 공간으로 그 질적인 회복이 이루어져야 한다. 또한, 도시는 주거, 상업, 문화가 분리되지 않은 채, 수직 수평적으로 완전히 결합된 상태로 나아가야 할 것이다.
본 계획안은 주거, 상업, 문화가 함께 성장하는 미래의 새로운 도시경관을 염두에 두고 소비자 여건변화에 따른 미래의 주거공간에 그 초점을 맞추려 하였다. 미래의 주거는 고층아파트가 더 활성화 될 것이며 도시교외로 확산만큼, 도시 내부로 조직될 것이다. 또한, 최대밀도=경제성이 아닌 쾌적성=경제성이라는 정신적, 심리적 환경이 중요시되는 새로운 가치관의 창출과 물질적 경제가치보다는 사회적 경제가치가 우선 순위를 차지할 것이라는 예측아래 아파트 내에서의 라이프 스타일(다양한 주요구)이 반영된 다양한 공간구성을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에 의의가 있다하면 그것은 현재의 시스템을 초월한 새로운 시스템의 개발이라 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The present state in which architecture finds itself is one where the practice of survivability at minimum cost has come to be accepted almost as a sound policy with regard to urban planning. The economic logic that is behind the chaos of our urban environment, is driven with the axiomatic acceptance of the formula; maximum density = economical. What may once have been a necessity in the period immediately following the war, can no longer be sustained. The post-war development of the economy and the transformation of society have now reached a point where the disarray of the urban fabric is actually working against this society's basic aims.
This thesis is a design proposal seeking to address some of these issues in the way they affect the quality of life where it counts most; at home.
The problems facing housing, as such, can no longer be reduced to a physical one of insuring survival at the minimum cost. The psychological repercussions that arise, and affect the lives of the citizens living in an undeniably unattractive and uncomfortable environment must be dealt with, first and foremost, in the design of the domestic space. Moreover, the complexity of life in general, but urban life in particular must be incorporated in the consideration of housing design. To wit, the relationship between dwelling structures and commercial ones must be provided with a viable connectability, so that their co-existence will enhance, not degrade, the quality of urban housing.
The proposed design is one based on a set of assumptions concerning the future development with regard to the type of housing that will appeal to urbanites. The assumptions are based on an observation of the various changes and trends becoming more and more articulate toward a society structured by the basic tenets of democracy and free-market economy.
