This paper proposes a PWM converter in which a ZVS-MR FORWARD type is linked to a BUCK type, The BUCK converter provides a stepped down dc voltage to an i ntermediate bus and a ZVS-MR FORWARD converter converts the intermediate bus voltage to tightly low voltage for each load. This converter forms a regulating feedback loop connecting the output of the ZVS-MR FORWARD to the switch of the BUCK, using PWM control scheme and a ZVS-MR FORWARD converter operates at a constant frequency.<br/>
The circuit operations are experimentally verified using a prototype circuit and the rated output of the converter is 25 Watts.<br/>
