The purpose of this study was to analyze and evidence the impact of job satisfactions related to job environments and uneasiness in private police guards, which was becoming social issues in current year 2014 in terms of natural retirement, system of command and problems of status .etc. of the private police guards for the objective research analysis.
This research selected the 115 current private police guards for more in- depth and detailed analysis by establishing the job uneasiness factors such as rank system, natural retirement, management system which were issued by social arguments, and then, this study tried to examine the impact of job satisfactions related to job environment and uneasiness in private police guards.
For the purpose of this subject several analysis methods were combined and used such as the t- verification, ANOVA analysis method, and regression analysis method.
The results were as follows:
First, in terms of the recognitions of job environment contents of work, promotions, and social recognition the research showed the fact that three factors of the data revealed different values according to the environments of working areas and the owners for petition. On the other hand, in the case of relations between the private police guards and superior police guards, in the low level of ranks the private police guards were recognized the relations with positive thinking.
Second, in terms of job uneasiness, in the aspects of uneasiness of rank systems, the research showed that the index revealed more highly the private police guards who work in Chungnam areas than the private police guards who work in Seoul areas.
On the other hand, the index showed the fact that the uneasiness of natural retirement and management system did not much reveal differently according to the age, rank, and working experiences. As a results, the index of research meant that all of the private police guards had the job uneasiness generally.
Third, the study showed the working environmental factors which impacted on job satisfactions were working autonomies and wages ,and the data also showed the factors of working uneasiness were the natural retirements and management systems. Such results from this study meant that most of the private police guards thought and recognized and received seriously the problems of natural retirements and managements which were become the strong issues for a long times.
Accordingly, the problems of private police guard's natural retirements and managements which become to reissue currently should be changed positively for the increasing of courage and efficiency of security job.
Finally, this study suggests all of the private police guards should be received the same conditions for secure employment in terms of status and command system, at the same time, the study also proposes the command system should be changed to the unification system.
