동해안지역의 통합방재시스템 구축 = East Sea disaster prevention model building

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 u-IT를 이용한 IP-USN 시스템 구축 모형을 개발하여 동해안 특이기상과 지형에 의해 반복되는 동해안 지역의 자연재난재해로부터의 피해를 최소화하는데 목적이 있다. 또한 차세대 인터넷 주소자원체계에 적합한 IPv6 기반을 활용한 무선 메쉬 네트웍(WMN:Wireless Mesh Network)과 RFID/USN 응용기술을 적용하는 구축 모형을 제시하고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

East Sea disasters are getting larger in size for the recent decades. In the past five years, typhoon, storms, landslide, flood, drought and other natural calamities have inflicted injury, disease, homelessness, and misery on others and caused material damages. Natural disasters destory decades of human effort and investments, thereby placing new demands on society for reconstruction and rehabilitation. This paper aims to model the architecture of decision support system for disaster prevention and loss reduction. East Sea disasters prevention model accumulate the real time information about the place of accident and uses IPv6 based on USN, wireless mesh network and RFID technology. East Sea disasters prevention model contains region AWS weather observation system, large forest fires watching system using power transmission tower, storage dam management system, river management system, costal erosion and raging waves system, ecological system for Baekdu mountains, and integrated disaster control center.
