서비스디자인 평가모델 SDES의 확장과 적용사례 연구 = A Study on Expanding and Application of Service Design Evaluation System (SDES) - Mainly with Case Study on Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design Project of Seoul City, Saltway

국문 초록 (Abstract)

서비스디자인 프로젝트가 공공분야뿐만 아니라 민간분야에서도 점차 많아지고, 서비스디자인 방법론에 대한 수요가 커짐에 따라 이에 대한 평가 및 진단 툴의 필요성 또한 대두되었다. 이에 SDES (서비스디자인 평가 시스템)가 서비스디자인의 과정 및 결과를 전체적인 관점에서 평가하는 개념적인 툴로서 개발되었다. 본 연구는 기존의 SDES의 평가단계 및 평가차원과 항목들을 좀 더 구체화하여 서울시 범죄예방 프로젝트인 염리동 소금길 사례에 적용하였다. 이를 통해 평가항목 및 차원의 수정이 이루어졌고, 서비스유형 분류를 통해 종합평가지수가중치 부여의 근거를 제시하였다. 이렇게 함으로써 일관성 있는 평가기준의 틀을 제시하고자 하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

As the number of service design project and the demand for service design methods have been increasing, the tools to evaluate and diagnose the service design projects are required. Therefore SDES (Service Design Evaluation Systems) has been developed as a conceptual framework to evaluate the process and results of service design. This study applied this framework to the real case, Salt Way project, one of the CPTED projects by City of Seoul, by refining the evaluation dimensions and measurement items. As well, it proposed the suggestions for improvement of the current evaluation framework and provided the total evaluation score index. The index can be used as a consistent evaluation standard with the weights given through categorizing public service industry.
