The problem of providing secrecy at quantum key distribution was analyzed. A two-pass self-compensation fiber-optic quantum key distribution system (QKDS) with phase coding photons states that operate on the BB84 protocol and implemented by the «plug&play» technology are reviewed. The synchronization process of quantum key distribution system and field test results of quantum cryptographic network basis on the QKDS Clavis2 are analyzed. Abstract strategies of unauthorized access to information in a quantum key distribution system by attacks such as "Trojan horse" and "Brute force" are described. One of the principles of protection the synchronization process of self-compensation quantum key distribution system from unauthorized access was described.
