      In the automated production system, the system has to be continuously reorganized or partly replaced with other elements to cope with the demands of customers. The workers can recognize the symptoms only shortly ahead of the trouble or abnormal action...

      In the automated production system, the system has to be continuously reorganized or partly replaced with other elements to cope with the demands of customers. The workers can recognize the symptoms only shortly ahead of the trouble or abnormal action in production process. During the following state of the production process, they can recognize the indicators through their feeling, only when they have well organized their experience in relating to the Problem-finding and -solving. The learners should be trained to improve their ability in the appropriately organized learning process and learning tasks, so that they might find the very small and abnormal problems in the complex system with the various components, then set up a appropriate plan for Problem-solving. In order to develop this competence, the following learning method and process are represented. - To start with the simplified task, that is composed with the components from the various technical field, production process and social problems in the production systems. The students should learn to analyze the interaction among the components of the different fields in the appropriately organized system with the various prospect. - To gather and properly organize the information to solve the reconstruction or expansion problems of the proposed production systems, so that the Students find the differential strategies for the different purposes.
