This research aims at examining the differences in the awareness of class quality, the intention to register for a course and the intent to participate in exercises according to the type of physical education classes, and investigating the influences of the awareness of the quality of the physical education class, which is one part of educational services, on students` intention to sign up for the course and to join exercises. To achieve such purpose, I established students who listen to literature physical education in the university as population group, and used data of 450 of total 500 students in actual analysis using convenience sampling methods. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and simple regression analysis in SPSS 18.0 package. The conclusions were as follows: First, as for the differences in the awareness of class quality, the intention to register for a course and the intent to take part in exercises according to the type of physical educational classes, a practice lecture displayed a bigger difference than a theoretical lecture and a meaningful difference was found. Second, the awareness of the quality of the physical education class was proved to have an impact on students` intention to sign up for a class and to join exercises.
