우리나라 중소기업의 자금조달 현황과 개선방안에 관한 연구

Here is an explanation of small and medium enterprises in Korea; “9988-234”. The 99% of Whole Corporation in Korea is small and medium enterprises, and the 88% of employees is working in the small and medium enterprises. It implies small and medium enterprises are important in Korea economics.
The Fourth Industrial Revolution is reviewed, and anticipated to vitalize in world economics, and it changes Korea, where becomes an object of an aging society, and low fertility while in an economic slump. However, the 88.6% of small and medium enterprises in Korea couldn’t recognize the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and the 93.6% even cannot counteract the revolution.
Furthermore, the small and medium enterprises in Korea should nurture the ability to propagate in external environment changes such as the protective trade policies in the Trump government, and rise in interest rates in the Federal Reserve’s. But when looking at the funding availability, one of the major factors for securing the competitiveness, funding availability difficulty ratio is worse since 2015. It eventually shows that funding demand ratio is increasing.
Fund availability is important to carry on the business, but the small and medium enterprises in Korea has none, but only secure the technology. So it has to be considered how to hold funds in order to prevent bankruptcy.
Also, raising fund in small and medium enterprises is mainly focus on indirect finance rather than direct finance. Like a stock issue and company stock are only done by few small and medium enterprises, so raising fund for them is not improved, but worse.
Small and medium enterprises are dominantly occupied for national economy and accession rate, so raising funds is resultantly important. This study looks at the theory of the financial structure, and discuss small and medium enterprises’ raising fund status, and the problem caused by. It will imply the improvement method for them in the study.
