The purpose of this study was to investigate how the professional dance organization's job environment effects on job identity, job satisfaction and performance result and to provide fundamental data to the professional dance field by structural analyzing the relationship between professional dancer's external factors; job environment, job identity, job satisfaction and performance result to maximize the effectiveness.
The subjects of this study were 215 professional dancers working in professional dance organization in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon and Daejeon. The major method proceeded with confirmatory factor analysis to test validity of measurement and conclusions were as below. First, the job environment of professional dance organization had a positive effect on job identity. Second, the job environment of professional dance organization had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Third, the job environment of professional dance organization had a positive effect on the dance performance result. Fourth, the job environment of professional dance organization had a positive effect on job identity, job satisfaction and performance result.
