가정보육시설의 질적 특성에 대한 현황 조사 = 서울시를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 가정보육시설의 실태를 조사 분석하고, 가정보육시설의 구조적 요인과 과정적 요인을 포함한 질적 특성을 파악함으로써 가정보육시설이 갖고 있는 현재를 드러내는 정보를 제공하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 서울시 A구에 소재하는 가정보육시설 60개소를 대상으로 구조적 특성과 과정적 특성을 조사하였다. 물리적 환경으로 아파트 1층에 위치한 가정보육시설 형태가 전체의 81.9%를 차지하여 가장 많았으며, 자가가 아닌 임대(전ㆍ월세)의 경우가 59.0%로 나타났다. 인적 구성의 경우에는 전체 교사 179명 중 보육교사 1급 소지 교사가 전체의 65.4%를 차지하며 가장 많은 비율을 나타났다. 원아의 경우 2세 이하의 영아의 경우가 전체의 86.1%를 차지하여 가정보육시설이 영아 중심의 시설로 선택받고 있음을 드러냈다. 과정적 특성에서 드러난 운영상의 어려움으로는 교사수급의 문제와 문서처리 인력의 부족 등으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research aims to investigate and to analyze the actual condition of the family day care centers. Also, it's to provide the information of the present status of the family day care centers by grasping the qualitative characteristics including the structural and process causes of the family day care centers. To achieve it, we investigated the structural and process characteristics from 60 family day care centers located in A District in Seoul as an object of the investigation.
For the physical environment, the greater part is located in the first floor of the apartment as 81.9% and 89.0% is the leased facilities(deposit basis or monthly rent) rather than their own ones.
As for the human organization, 65.4% of teachers possess the first grade certificate of child care giver among the whole 179 teachers at the highest rate. Infants and toddlers under 2 years old are 86.1% out of the whole children and it shows that the family day care centers are used mainly for infants and toddlers. From the scientific characteristic point of view, the cleanness and sanitation is the field which has the most variation among the facilities. The difficulties in management is about teacher supply and the insufficient manpower for the documentation.
