A new configuration for white light interferometric sensor is implemented. This sensor employs a fiber Michelson interferometer(MI) for path-matching and an Fabry-Perot (FP) interferometer for sensing physical parameters. The interference condition can be met by varying the OPD of MI using PZT actuators. With an FP interferometer of 0.85㎝ cavity length and a 1550㎚ ASE source, the resolution of the system was measured to be 0.017℃/scale. A proposed algorithm is used to locate the position of the central fringe with 49.8㎚/√Hz random walk.
