안전약자 접근성 프로파일을 활용한 장애포괄적 맞춤형 생활안전 예방서비스 K-가드 앱의 개발 및 사용성 평가 연구 = A Study on the Development and Usability Evaluation of the K-Guard App, a Inclusive Life Safety Prevention Service Using the Accessibility Profile for the Vulnerable to Safety

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Objective : The purpose of this study is to develop a personalized life safety prevention service mobile app, K-guard, that can protect the life safety of ordinary citizens, including persons vulnerable to safety, and to verify the effectiveness of the app.
Methods : A model of life safety prevention service tailored to the persons vulnerable to safety was applied to an information service platform to prevent actual everyday life safety, and a satisfaction survey and usability evaluation were conducted on 107 subjects after conducting a demonstration service to 200 people in Seo-gu, Daegu-si, Republic of Korea.
Results : As a result of the study, the most frequently used item among the app was the daily life risk notification, and 55.14% of the subjects used the app every day. As for the satisfaction level with K-guard confirmed through Mobile Application Rating Scale (MARS), usefulness of information was the highest with 4.15 points, followed by aesthetics with 4.13 points. In the usability evaluation conducted by dividing the subjects into groups of persons without disabilities, those with disabilities, and the elderly, positive responses were mainly low in the elderly group, and there was no significant difference in other groups.
Conclusion : This study showed the possibility of developing a inclusive safety management system that can satisfy both persons with and without disabilities, and also confirmed the various needs of those vulnerable to safety that may further embody this possibility.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

목적 : 본 연구에서는 안전약자를 포함한 일반 시민의 생활안전을 지킬 수 있는 개인 맞춤형 생활안전 모바일 앱을 개발하고, 앱의 효용성을 검증하였다.
연구방법 : 안전약자 맞춤형 생활안전 정보서비스 모형을 실제 생활안전예방을 위한 정보서비스 플랫폼에 적용하여, 이를 활용한 대국민 생활안전 예방서비스 모바일 앱을 개발하고, 대구광역시 서구지역에서 200명에게 실증 서비스를 진행한 후 107명의 대상자에게 설문을 통해 앱에 대한 만족도 조사 및 사용성 평가를 수행하였다.
결과 : 연구 결과 가장 많이 사용하는 항목은 일상위험으로 나타났고, 대상자의 55.14%가 앱을 매일 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. Mobile Application Rating Scale (MARS)를 통해 확인한 K-가드에 대한 만족도는 정보가 4.15점으로 가장 높게 나타났고, 다음으로 심미성이 4.13점으로 높게 나타났다. 대상자를 비장애인, 장애인, 고령자 그룹으로 나누어 시행한 사용성 평가에서는 주로 고령자 그룹에서 긍정적인 응답이 낮게 나타났고, 이외의 그룹에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다.
결론 : 본 연구에서는 장애인과 비장애인을 모두 만족시킬 수 있는 장애포괄적 안전관리 시스템의 개발 가능성을 보여주었으며, 이러한 가능성을 더욱 구체화하기 위한 다양한 안전약자들의 요구들 또한 확인할 수 있었다.
