BIM 방식의 설계경기 평가지표 도출에 관한 연구 = 공동주택을 중심으로

Architectural competition is widely used to obtain a ideal proposal about construction project. But there are many conflicts about competition result after architectural competition because guideline which is to select design proposal is ambiguous. Also construction market is change by BIM. Thus BIM design apply to architectural competition.
The purpose of this study is making out indices to estimate objectively with when we progress design competition by BIM system. This study has been carried out limiting estimation indices within design competition for community housing, and the methods of this research are classifying estimation factors for activity categories in 81M competition.
This study material is expected to be used as a good indicators to select the designer, and to improve the architectural industry in quality as well as the architectural design by selecting designer and design plan for community house and BIM design competition.
