산후조리원 감염관리 가이드라인 개발 = Development of Infection Control Guideline for Postpartum Care Centers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

배경: 본 연구는 산후조리원 감염관리 가이드라인을 최신의 문헌과 가이드라인을 참고하여갱신하고, 산후조리원 자체 또는 외부 점검용으로 활용할 수 있는 구체적이고 상세한 감염관리점검 프로토콜을 개발하는데 있다.
방법: 산후조리원 감염관리 가이드라인과 점검 프로토콜은 여러 단계를 거쳐 개발되었다; 1) 기존 가이드라인 검토, 2) 가이드라인과 점검 프로토콜의 개발 방향 설정, 3) 관련 문헌, 최신 문헌 고찰, 4) 감염관리 가이드라인과 점검 프로토콜 초안 작성, 5) 연구팀 회의를 통한 수정보완, 6) 전문가를 대상으로 한 권고안의 내용적절성과적용가능성 평가, 7) 연구팀 회의를 통한 권고안수정보완, 8) 감염관리 가이드라인과 점검 프로토콜 확정, 9) 가이드라인과 점검 프로토콜 발표회 순으로 진행되었다.
결과: 4개의 대영역에 26개 세부영역으로 구성된 가이드라인, 163항목의 자체 점검프로토콜과 85항목의 외부 점검 프로토콜을 개발하였다.
결론: 본 연구에서 개발된 감염관리 가이드라인과 점검 프로토콜은 타당하고 적용가능성이높은 것으로, 산후조리원 점검도구로, 산후조리원 감염관리 정책수립의 기초자료로, 산후조리원종사자와 이용자를 대상으로 한 감염관리 예방프로그램 개발 및 보건교육자료로 활용하기를제언한다.
