The aim of this study is based on finding the significance of integrated education in Korea through its status and practice in Germany. The information and material for an overview of German integrated education used as a method of research, was collected by from literature and the internet. At the same time, different practical information was complemented by way of in-class observation and interviews, at the Rosenmaar Junior School in Cologne. From the information and material collected in Germany will try to find the significance for the Korean schools. The most important results of this study are as follows: First, for the development of integrated education, the rights of the parents of handicapped children and their assistance must be a prerequisite. Secondly, not only from the quantitative and qualitative point of view, but also the standpoint of the Koreans must be expanded. Thirdly, for the successful realization of integrated education,, the emphasis should be put on having the right attitude towards human beings and education Fourthly, for the development of integrated education, not only quantitative, but also qualitative social conditions must be, established. Fifth, there are obvious differences between registration proceedings and pre-requisitions in both countries. Sixth, furthermore,, there were not only differences between the two countries with regard to integrated education within the school grades, but also common ground.
